Limited Warranty
Warranty Performance
If any of the products covered by this warranty shall, under normal use and within the periods of time set forth below, prove defective upon inspection by a representative of Cabinets 2000, Cabinets 2000 shall, at its sole discretion, repair or replace such parts without charge.
Warranty Coverage
These Cabinets 2000 cabinets and related cabinetwork manufactured and assembled by Cabinets 2000 are warranted to the original purchasing consumer for a period of one year from date of purchase against avoidable and unnatural defects in material and workmanship. This warranty also covers the installation of such cabinets when installed by Warrantor. This warranty does not cover any product used or installed in connection with such cabinetwork, including but not limited to electric or gas appliances, countertops, or plumbing fixtures. This warranty does not apply to defects incurred in storage or to defects arising from the misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, improper care or failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance after installation.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE ALSO LIMITED IN DURATION TO A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COST, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY PURCHASER. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
