Door Department:

With an array of molders, shapers, tenoners, clamps and assembly stations, all of our wood doors are manufactured in-house and we have the flexibility to create new door styles as well as replicate others.

CNC Department:

Three CNC routers and two large presses produce a large selection of MDF door styles in a variety of engineered wood veneers and foils.

Milling Department:

A number of large CNC panel saws mill sheets of wood to extremely precise tolerances and produce all of our cabinet components.

Paint Department:

The paint department integrates one of the most sophisticated automated finishing lines in the country with old-world techniques of air-drying hand-applied glazes to produce one of the most beautiful, resilient, and environmentally-friendly finishes in the industry.
